Care in the details.
Clarity in the controls.
Practical engineering principles and website safeguards. No security certification is claimed.
Start with minimum necessary data
First inquiries need business context, not transaction credentials. Never share UPI PINs, OTPs, passwords, secret keys or customer payment payloads through the website.
Design responsibilities explicitly
Access controls, environment ownership, logs, dependency handling, incident responsibilities and recovery expectations should be documented in each project scope.
Test state transitions
Timeouts, duplicates, retries and late responses deserve explicit design and synthetic test cases. A successful demo is not a substitute for provider-specific validation.
Website controls
The website backend validates inquiry payloads, enforces request-size and rate limits, checks request origins, keeps inquiry records in private storage, and keeps email and optional AI credentials server-side. Outgoing mail uses authenticated encrypted SMTP with certificate checks and fixed business recipients.
Reporting a concern
Report a concern privately to support@paytattvah.com. Include a minimal description without credentials or customer payment data. The business will review the report and arrange follow-up. No ISO, PCI DSS or other security certification is claimed.
