13 questions
What does Paytattvah Technologies do?
We provide technology services: UPI integration consulting, API and backend development, testing and simulation, and cloud infrastructure. Our focus is payments engineering, with services available across other technology domains.
Can you help with a UPI integration?
Yes. We offer integration consulting covering architecture, API flows, callbacks, failure handling and testing. Access to production UPI services depends on the relevant bank or authorized provider, its agreements and its onboarding requirements.
Are you a bank or a payment processor?
Paytattvah Technologies is a Technology Service Provider. We do not present ourselves as a bank, a payment aggregator or an NPCI-approved participant. Our role is engineering and integration support.
Do you work outside fintech?
Yes. API engineering, backend services, testing and cloud infrastructure can support businesses across domains. We begin by understanding your requirements and agreeing the scope.
Is the message translation lab a production product?
No. It is an engineering prototype in the current workspace. It demonstrates a limited JSON or ISO 8583 input to ISO 20022 pacs.008 translation profile. It does not send payments and is not a certified bank or network implementation.
How do we start a project?
Send an inquiry describing your goal, current stack and integration needs. We can then define the discovery questions, scope, deliverables and milestones before agreeing an engagement.
Do you publish fixed prices or delivery guarantees?
Engagements are scoped individually. Pricing, timelines, support arrangements and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing after reviewing the requirements. No standard delivery or uptime guarantee is implied by this website.
What cloud and backend support can you provide?
We can help plan and build backend APIs, deployment pipelines, environments, observability and cloud infrastructure. Platform choices and operational responsibilities are agreed as part of the project scope.
What can we test before a production integration?
We can design simulations and test cases around successful responses, timeouts, duplicate callbacks, retries and reconciliation scenarios. Simulations use synthetic data and do not establish production certification.
What information should I avoid sharing here?
Do not submit UPI PINs, OTPs, passwords, API secrets, payment credentials or real customer transaction payloads. A short description of your business requirement is enough for the first conversation.
Where is the business based, and how can I contact you?
The business is based in Maharashtra, India. Email info@paytattvah.com for project inquiries or support@paytattvah.com for support. You can also use the inquiry form. Our official domain is paytattvah.com. The public street address, phone number and social profiles are pending publication.
How does the website assistant work?
The FAQ assistant searches our published answers. Optional AI mode is available only when configured and when you choose to send your question to the AI provider. Do not include sensitive or personal information in assistant messages.
What happens when I send an inquiry?
The form records your name, email, optional company, request type, selected service, message and consent. When mail delivery is configured, project inquiries are sent to info@paytattvah.com and support requests to support@paytattvah.com through Zoho Mail. A private inquiry record is retained as described in the privacy notice. The form reports whether the email was accepted or remains pending. Please read the privacy notice before submitting.
