This notice explains how Paytattvah Technologies handles website inquiries, email notifications and assistant questions.
Who is responsible
Paytattvah Technologies is a proprietorship in the name of Vaishnavi Vijay Sawalkar, based in Maharashtra, India. Contact info@paytattvah.com for business or privacy requests and support@paytattvah.com for support. The public street address and phone number are pending publication.
Inquiry information
The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional company, request type, selected service, message and consent. These details are used to review and respond to the requirement. Do not send payment credentials or sensitive customer data.
Storage and email delivery
The website is hosted on Netlify. Inquiry records are held in private Netlify Blobs storage and accessed by the business to respond to requests. Scheduled maintenance normally removes website records after 90 days. Through Zoho Mail, project inquiries are emailed to info@paytattvah.com and support requests to support@paytattvah.com. Your email is used as the reply address so we can respond. No marketing subscription or automatic visitor email is created.
The confirmation reports mail acceptance or a pending notification; acceptance by the mail server does not guarantee inbox delivery. Pending notifications are retried by scheduled maintenance. Zoho Mail processes message contents as our email provider. Email copies follow the business mailbox retention and deletion process; they are not automatically deleted by the website’s scheduled cleanup. If email is not configured, the form displays that clearly. Inquiry information is not sold.
Assistant questions
FAQ mode matches questions against published answers; chat messages are not persisted by this website. Optional AI mode requires configuration and your separate choice to send the current question to OpenAI for an answer. The website requests that API responses are not stored through the Responses API; provider handling is still governed by the provider’s applicable terms and policies. The AI key is never sent to your browser.
Essential browser storage
The site may store your theme and motion preferences in your browser. It has no advertising trackers, analytics cookies or marketing pixels. Request limits help protect the form and assistant endpoints; request bodies are not written to server logs.
Your choices
You can avoid entering optional information, use FAQ mode without AI, or contact the business to request review or deletion of an inquiry. For access, correction or deletion requests, email info@paytattvah.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own information.
